Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We aim to despatch candles within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. If you have ordered a custom candle, please allow for an additional lead time of 5 business days. 

Orders are delivered by An Post, which aim to deliver within 1-2 business days after despatch. We currently only offer shipping in the Republic of Ireland at a cost of €6.50, with free delivery on orders over €80.

Please be advised that busier periods will impact despatch and delivery time. 

If you have not received your delivery within 10 business days, please contact us via the contact page or at orders@pebblesandkale.ie.

Returns

If you are not happy with your candles you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at orders@pebblesandkale.ie to initiate a return.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund provided the item(s) are returned in saleable and unused condition. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and these cannot be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If an item has been damaged in transit please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage.

Please note that custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
